I would not be surprised to see the Boulevards knock off the Miners. Also, I would expect the Mustangs to go to the World Series.

Weird, every now and then I need to do a hard refresh to get around a caching issue with the site. Totally didn't think of it this time.

South Loop is playing with house money. Nothing to lose and a pretty good bullpen to offset a lousy staff. All season, it's been about finding the right matchups and playing the hot hand. No doubt that lead to some overachieving. It'll be the same pattern for the OLDS and it's probably a fair prediction to say Outlaws in 5. I'm not going to lie to at least think that I can win, though.

I noticed the season numbers against LHP by St. Louis were lower than expected but know the potential is there. I’ve got my normalized spreadsheet to show me what the numbers could be. We’ll see how Chris Rusin does against the Apostles, as he’s going to have to get the ball a bunch. The series should be a pitching blood bath and I’m just hoping I find enough hot arms in the bullpen to pull it out and my lineup does damage. Reason I’m carrying so many pitchers into this.

I'd just like to note that the icon used for the playoff page link on the home page is super old. Maybe just make one without the team logos to use every year?

This has to be the first post-season ever without all of Peburn, Gill, Luhning, Glander, Peburn. Usually at least 3 of them make the playoffs--crazy!
