I've been getting an unusually large number of bounce-back/undeliverable messages in my in-box this year because folks have the wrong email address listed in your profile. Please take a minute to click the little icon at the top of the screen (top-right, third from the left) and double-check your email address.

I know you've sent me a couple of emails regarding this. My email hasn't changed and is correct on the forum. Not sure why this year your getting these bounce back messages.

I haven't gotten one from your account in a while, Chris.
Skiz and Lee were the most recent two that I received, but it seems like it's happening across the board this year for some reason.

My email is correct in my profile I don't know why you'd be getting bounce backs.

Unfortunately I deleted the emails, and my trash feature doesn't seem to work. If I get another, I'll forward it to you.
Maybe there is a bug in the software, but since the software hasn't changed, I don't get why it would suddenly be an issue.

Lee and Chris, I think I figured out the problem. You're both using Gmail accounts with spam settings. You need to ensure that anything from bigdaddybaseball.com is not considered spam.

If you have a G-mail account, can you PLEASE change your settings to allow messages from bigdaddybaseball.com? If someone has done this already, could you please post a set of instructions here to guide the others through it?

If someone has figured out how to remove BDBL emails as spam from Gmail, could you please post those instructions here? I'm still getting half a dozen bounce-back messages every day.

My two-second Google search produced:
Very often your Google powered gmail web client incorrectly interprets automated email messages as spam and places them in your webmail spam folder.
You need to follow these simple steps to tell Google that such emails are not spam and to add the senders to your contact list in order to ensure tha future emails from these senders are never placed in your spam folder ever again:
Open your webmail (gmail) client (see figure 1)
Click on the More menu item in the left column to reveal the Spam folder menu item and click on this item (see figure 2)
Select all the check boxes of the messages that you feel are not spam and then click on the Not spam button (figure 3)
Click on each message and add specific sender to your Contact list from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the opened message (figure 4)
Done!
