And what a year it was.
Thank you all for a season I will never forget.

Sorry to hear your dad passed Mike. I bet he had a hand in that last dice roll (Grand Slam)!
What a great story, series and season.

Re: 2019: The Year in Review
Ironic that a lifelong Yankees fan creates a baseball league in which his team becomes the Boston Red Sox.
Of course, this championship makes the struggle to get one all these years worth it.
I guess that means Salem gets two more championships in the coming years.

Great read as always. Sorry to hear about your dad. I'm a firm believer he had a hand in that 10th inning GS.

Okay, is no one going to mention my epic Photoshopping?? I seriously spent an entire day ignoring work to make that photo of the home plate celebration.
Included in that photo:
Me (obviously)
Lance Berkman (1B Coach, only because I couldn’t find a modern photo of Rick Reuschel.)
Trea Turner
Justin Turner
Christian Villanueva
Ramon Laureano
Shohei Ohtani
Jose Ramirez
Stephen Strasburg
Clay Buchholz
Ryan Brasier
Jonathan Holder
Oliver Perez
Travis Shaw
Andrew Benintendi
Francisco Cervelli

No Doyle antics worth mentioning
How about Doyle arriving at the Royals game, getting his free jersey and then going home before the first pitch?

Re: 2019: The Year in Review
I had two heart attacks over the past year to go along with diabetes and herniated disks impinging on nerves in my neck and lower back which causes pain in my arms and legs.
It is sad telling people I was ill is not enough and is viewed as "antics".
The free jersey is now in the possession of one of Paulson's little girls.
By the way, my "new wife" is named Anne. She was my high school sweetheart. She is a nurse who treats cancer patients.

I did notice you in the middle.
I wondered how you beat everyone out of the dugout to get there.
