Before anyone gets smart about this one, Story is a VG defender in DMB this year and on pace for 33 HR/19 SB, 868 OPS in 2018 RL MLB

Cleveland confirms.

And don't worry, I checked Story's BDBL stats. He's done fine for St. Louis. He's cheap, plays great defense, hits for power, and I gave up a 15-year-old I never heard of for him. Win/win!

Stein, you’re really going to regret this deal with Blaze Jordan makes his MLB debut and takes the sporting world by storm...in 2025 or so.

I’ll be too old to care at that point.

Heck, I figure it's at least 50/50 that Bubba Thompson turns out better than Blaze, considering he's at least already in the minors. And goes by Bubba.

BTW, the great Trevor Story just broke up a no-hitter by the not so great Vince Velasquez in the top of the 7th IN PHILLY.

Vince Velasquez resembles that remark!

I won't be able to approve this trade until later this weekend. I was out of town at a company meeting, although I was able to sit in my hotel and draft Wednesday. I need to update the VORP spreadsheet with all of this and it's going to take several hours given it's a very manual process. I also need to rely on the transaction page as it's usually fairly cleaned up versus all the stuff that in the actual draft post. Long story short, it'll get done soon.

Great year!
Can't believe what he has done since I traded him. You've got Gleyber from me too...I need a shortstop now!

Love my middle infield now. Just gotta hope Story doesn't miss too much time. At least he's cheap.

Now I just need some pitchers. deGrom available? :P
