Game One
Glavine vs Hampton seemed to be a great pitching matchup.  However, 
after four innings the score was tied 5 - 5.  At that point, the bullpens
took over and each team hurled nine scoreless innings until the
Marauders pushed across two runs in the top of the 14th to take a 
7 - 5 lead.  The Marauders last reliever, Jerry Dipoto closed out the
Slyme in the bottom of the inning for the save despite allowing a run.
Placidio Polanco had the Game Winning RBI when he pinch hit for pitcher
Curtis King.  The Marauders received homeruns from Griffey, Tony Clark,
and Javy Lopez.  Miguel Cairo and Tino Martinez each had five hits for
the Slyme.
