As was mentioned in a previous thread, I have put Aaron Heilman up for sale. 
Heilman was a first-round pick in 2001 out of Notre Dame, and was ranked #44 by John Sickels 
and #15 by TeamOne this past spring. 

This year, Heilman allowed 85 hits in 97 Double-A innings, with a 97/28 K/BB ratio and a 
3.82 ERA. He was promoted to Triple-A, less than a year after college ball, and in 49 innings, 
allowed just 42 hits and 16 BB's while striking out 35, with a 3.28 ERA. 

He is considered the Mets' top prospect and will undoutedly have a chance to win a spot in 
their rotation this spring.

As foretold by the prophet Kreskin Marazita, the Salem Cowtippers have opened 
the flood gates of Hell and have traded Aaron Heilman along with Moises Alou to the Litchfield 
Lightning in exchange for John Valentin. 

If it makes anyone feel better, I'll probably keep Valentin.
